Gino Suarez currently works as the Assistant Pro at the Pacific Resort Racquet Club and has held this position since 2000. Gino also assists at the Richmond Country Club, Sportstown, the Town and Country Inn and he is an instructor for the Tennis BC schools program in Richmond and Langley. Gino is a Tennis Canada certified Instructor and is presently working on his Coach 1 certification. Gino holds St. Johns Ambulance first aid, CPR and industrial first aid certificates, a diploma in physical education and is a graduate of the University of Virginia's criminal justice education program. Gino has been a tennis instructor since 1993 and has held coaching positions in Chile, Argentina, the United States and Canada, including the Fairhaven Tennis Club in Bellingham and the Tsawwassen Tennis Club.

Gino did not begin playing tennis until his early twenties where he learned the game on the clay courts of Chile. He now has over twenty years of playing experience and is an advanced level player.

Gino is an internationally experienced tennis pro, born in South America who loves to play and teach the game. His coaching philosophy is: "I want you to have as much fun as possible so you can enjoy learning the game, if I can help you achieve this state of mind then I have succeeded in starting you on an amazing journey". Gino enjoys teaching players of all ages and ability levels, his coaching style is suited to both clay and hardcourt players, he is available for private, semi-private and group lessons.
